Housekeeper Level 1 Seasonal

About This Role

This entry-level Housekeeper position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various resort accommodations and common areas, ensuring a 5-star experience for guests. The role involves performing laundry services, spot carpet cleaning, and additional guest services.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resort accommodations (suites, cottages, homes), pool areas, activities/fitness room, massage rooms, and common areas
• Perform on-site laundry, spot carpet cleaning, and turn down services
• Provide additional guest services as needed
• Maintain housekeeping closets and carts with designated supplies and cleaning materials

Requirements

• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to maintain composure and tact with co-workers and guests
• Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, holidays, and long hours when needed
• Detail-oriented with the ability to clean thoroughly at a fast pace
• Ability to carry 50lbs
• Ability to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs
• Ability to handle repetitive movements and tasks

Qualifications

• 0-3 months housekeeping experience at a hotel, resort, or club preferred
