Lead all hotel operations for a Candlewood Suites in Smyrna, GA, focusing on achieving top-line revenue, building a strong team, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily oversight of all hotel departments
- Achieve top line revenue goals
- Lead team building initiatives
- Provide brand training
- Ensure adherence to IHG brand standards
- Exceed fair share metrics for IHG Guest Love
- Achieve IHG 1Rewards enrollment goals
- Achieve STR performance metrics for MPI, ARI, RGI
- Drive loyalty, guest love, and intent to recommend indexes
- Manage and control expenses, including payroll
