Become a host family for a high school exchange student, providing a safe, nurturing home and an immersive American cultural experience. This role supports Education Travel & Culture's mission to foster global understanding through educational exchange programs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and nurturing home environment for the exchange student
- Provide the student with a private room or a shared room with a similar-aged host sibling, and their own bed
- Offer three meals per day to the student
- Facilitate transportation to and from school and for extracurricular activities
- Provide love and support to the exchange student
- Explore and share cultural differences and similarities with the student
Requirements
- Ability to provide a safe and nurturing home environment
- Ability to provide a room (shared or private) and bed
- Ability to provide 3 meals per day
- Ability to provide transportation to and from school and extracurricular activities
- Willingness to provide love and support to a student
