Offer friendly, efficient, and helpful service to non-ambulatory patients and all visitors at the Watson Clinic. This role involves greeting visitors, assisting with directions, providing information on services, and offering wheelchair support.
Responsibilities
- Offer friendly, efficient and helpful service to non-ambulatory patients and all visitors
- Meet and greet visitors, offer assistance with locating departments, and accompany them as appropriate
- Provide guidance on car parking arrangements
- Provide information regarding the location of services such as toilets, café, shops, etc.
- Assist with general inquiries
- Assist with wheelchair support as needed
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate good verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to give clear and concise directions
- Commitment to the role, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability in dealing with difficult situations
- Polite and friendly approach, offering a welcoming service
- Flexible approach to work schedules
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to push wheelchairs/stretchers
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Prior Hospitality/Healthcare experience
Certifications
CPR within 90 days of employment
