About This Role

The Hospitality Field Coordinator oversees on-site quality control across all rental properties, ensuring each home is fully prepared for incoming guests by conducting detailed walkthroughs, managing supplies, and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site quality control across all rental properties
• Conduct detailed walkthroughs before guest check-in to verify cleaning and setup
• Review outdoor spaces, appliances, fixtures, and guest-facing features for proper function and presentation
• Manage supply levels, tracking inventory for essentials and amenities, documenting usage, and restocking items
• Record and report cleanliness issues, property deficiencies, or maintenance concerns
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance personnel, and leadership to resolve issues
• Manage time effectively, prioritize multiple locations, and make quick, informed decisions on-site

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail for spotting cleanliness issues or missing items
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
• Comfort working independently across multiple properties
• Organized with the ability to track supplies and maintain clean records
• Clear communicator for coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance
• Able to lift light items during restocking or minor setup adjustments
• Basic tech skills for apps, checklists, and property systems
• Comfortable with fast-paced schedules and shifting priorities
• Professional, composed presence during property visits
