This role involves leading and coordinating inventory optimization and process improvement initiatives at hospital sites through full-time travel. The Project Manager will collaborate with hospital supply chain, clinical, and operations teams to enhance material flow and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate inventory optimization initiatives at hospital sites
- Lead and coordinate process improvement initiatives at hospital sites
- Collaborate with hospital supply chain, clinical, and operations teams
- Manage on-site projects using inventory planning software and Lean methodologies
- Improve inventory accuracy and material flow
- Coordinate project timelines and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Support implementation efforts and deliver training
- Ensure project milestones are met in dynamic hospital environments
Requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience leading or supporting process improvement projects
- Experience leading or supporting Lean projects
- Experience leading or supporting operational optimization projects
- Ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in client-facing environments
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Familiarity with inventory planning systems
- Familiarity with MRP systems
- Familiarity with supply chain systems
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with hospital teams
- Comfortable with full-time travel and on-site work in fast-paced hospital settings
