Highly Technical Program Analysis Support

About This Role

Provide senior-level analytical and advisory support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSW(I&S)) Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Contribute to cutting-edge projects, drive impactful solutions, and foster professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a variety of hands-on technical tasks
• Analyze complex data sets and systems to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Regularly participate in technical meetings, present findings and recommendations, and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Adapt to evolving project demands and maintain a professional demeanor
• Uphold the company’s core values in all interactions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience providing government technical program analysis support
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience supporting DoD, OSD, or Intelligence Community (IC) programs
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical, operational, and programmatic data
• Strong experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations
• Proven ability to increase efficiency and reduce errors through the use of AI-enabled tools and analytics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience providing government technical program analysis support
