About This Role

High-Ticket Sales Leaders will leverage their sales and marketing expertise to deliver high-value solutions, mentor clients, and drive top performance in a 100% remote, performance-driven role.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential leads through calls, emails, and online channels
  • Conduct consultative, high-value sales conversations
  • Qualify and guide potential clients toward premium programs and services
  • Mentor and support clients, helping them achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing success

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours and autonomy
  • Passion for leadership, mentoring, and making a meaningful impact

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales, ideally in coaching, consulting, or professional services.
