Responsibilities
- Conduct fundamental analysis of public and private investment opportunities
- Build financial models and provide financial statement analysis
- Make recommendations to senior management for opportunities across the capital structure
- Understand complex debt structures
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience, including investment banking and buyside roles
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Deep knowledge of financial statement analysis
- Expert Excel skills
- Knowledge of industry trends
Qualifications
- BS or MS from a top school
- 4-8 years of experience, including working in an investment banking role and in a buyside role
