About This Role

Join a growing team as a Ford Certified Service Technician, performing diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and provide time estimates
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements

• Ford Certified Service Technician background
• ASE Certification
• Ford Certification
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Clean driving record

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred

• Previous Experience At a Ford Dealership
