This role is for an experienced auto mechanic responsible for performing extensive repairs, heavy engine work, and advanced vehicle diagnostics on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, at Carvana's Inspection Centers.
Responsibilities
- Perform extensive repairs and heavy engine work
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles
- Repair advanced vehicle electrical issues
- Install, repair, and replace vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
