This role will support clients by providing top-tier advisory and consulting services in the rapidly growing healthcare real estate sector. The specialist will work alongside experienced senior brokers and utilize healthcare-specific data and proprietary resources to provide transactional and analytical support.
Responsibilities
- New business development for healthcare real estate development projects
- Sourcing investment sale opportunities
- Managing real estate sales transactions
- Conducting market research and financial analysis
- Overseeing client account activities and supporting complex assignments
Requirements
- Experience in commercial real estate and/or real estate development
- Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record
- Ability to manage real estate transactions and client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
