Lead and build the US market for an early-stage industrial AI company, focusing on enterprise software sales from prospecting to closing deals with large energy and industrial operators. This individual contributor role offers high autonomy in establishing the North American commercial presence.
Responsibilities
- Own the full US enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, and closing
- Build and manage pipeline with large energy and industrial operators
- Lead technical discovery with operations, engineering, and IT stakeholders
- Close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals ($1M–$5M+)
- Provide market feedback to product and engineering teams
- Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events
Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise software sales experience
- Track record closing large, complex deals in energy or heavy industry
- Strong technical discovery skills and credible with senior operational buyers
Qualifications
- 10+ years enterprise software sales experience

- Experience selling AI, analytics or industrial software platforms
- Existing US energy network
