About This Role

Lead customer marketing and retention strategies for Betr's social sportsbook and casino platforms, focusing on driving engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value. Collaborate with product, data, and user acquisition teams to optimize promotional roadmaps and personalize communications for the existing customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Own key KPIs for customer marketing and retention across Betr’s social sportsbook and casino verticals
  • Support forecasting core retention KPIs for social sportsbook and social casino
  • Ensure optimal promotional and communication setups for new product and state launches
  • Collaborate with the data and insights team to develop and test new promotions
  • Own new customer signup and refer-a-friend programs for social sportsbook and casino
  • Play a critical role in future customer loyalty productization
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer retention and relationship management strategies
  • Collaborate closely with product to ensure a sound and robust promotional roadmap
  • Utilize customer data and insights to segment and personalize communications, offers, and promotions
  • Monitor customer behavior, engagement, and retention metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Head of User Acquisition to optimize the onboarding process and convert new users

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in retention marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
  • Proven experience within the online gambling or gaming industry
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of making quantitatively sound decisions
  • Strong understanding of customer retention strategies, CRM best practices, and customer lifecycle optimization
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing automation tools, and customer segmentation techniques
  • Proficient in analyzing customer data and metrics to derive actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful customer retention strategies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 6+ years in retention marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management, preferably within the online gambling or gaming industry

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
