About This Role

This role involves building Amplifier Health's Direct-to-Consumer business from the ground up, leveraging clinical-grade voice diagnostics to create a magical consumer experience. The Head of Consumer will own the product direction, user experience, and growth engine, acting as the CEO of the Consumer Division.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Direct-to-Consumer business from scratch
  • Define the product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion for Voice Biomarkers as a Service
  • Own the product direction, user experience, and growth engine
  • Shape the product through a tight feedback loop between acquisition (marketing) and retention (product experience)
  • Design a consumer experience that feels magical, not medical
  • Translate complex health data into simple, actionable insights for users

Requirements

  • Ability to blur the line between Product and Marketing (Full-Stack Operator)
  • Capacity to run paid social campaigns
  • Ability to analyze retention cohorts
  • Skills to wireframe new onboarding flows
  • Ability to write compelling copy
  • Design-obsessed with an understanding that user experience is key for consumers
  • Data-native; comfortable diving into SQL or Mixpanel to find insights
  • Hungry and driven, seeking to build and lead
