Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the system
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with the management of reservations and room assignments
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
