About This Role

Serve as a Guest Services team member for a fast-casual restaurant, ensuring proper set-up and cleanliness of the station, greeting and assisting guests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience is preferred

Nice to Have

• A minimum of one year of previous serving experience
