About This Role

Serve as a Guest Services team member for a fast-casual restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience for customers. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions
• Take orders and input them into the Point of Sale system
• Retrieve order from kitchen, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous serving experience preferred
