About This Role

This role involves greeting guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the ordering process, and maintaining the cleanliness of the guest station. It also requires adherence to all food and beverage regulations.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements

• Valid Food Worker Card required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience is preferred

• A minimum of one year of previous serving experience
