About This Role

Serve as a Guest Services team member for a fast-casual restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience for customers by taking orders, delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials and/or restaurant promotions
• Take orders and input them into the Point of Sale computer
• Retrieve orders from the kitchen, confirm accuracy, and deliver to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
