About This Role

Serve as a Guest Services team member in a fast-casual restaurant setting, ensuring a positive dining experience for customers by greeting them, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred

Nice to Have

• One year of previous serving experience
