About This Role

This role involves ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast casual restaurant environment, maintaining cleanliness, and accurately explaining menu specials and promotions. The Guest Services team member will play a key role in providing a positive dining experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements

• Amazing personality
• Valid Food Worker Card required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred
