About This Role

Serve guests in a fast-casual restaurant setting, ensuring high satisfaction throughout the ordering process. This role involves maintaining a clean station and adhering to all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Explain specials and/or restaurant promotions to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous serving experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience
