About This Role

Guest Services staff ensures guest satisfaction and maintains cleanliness within a fast-casual restaurant environment by greeting customers, explaining promotions, and adhering to all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred
