About This Role

This Guest Services role focuses on providing excellent customer service in a fast-casual dining environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to restaurant policies.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Amazing personality
• Valid Food Worker Card
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience preferred

• Minimum of one year of previous serving experience
