The Guest Service Specialist greets customers, sells products and memberships, and ensures customer satisfaction at Mister Car Wash. This role involves working outdoors in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team to maintain a clean and inviting site.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a wave and a smile
• Enthusiastically sell products and Unlimited Wash Club membership program
• Thank each customer for choosing Mister Car Wash
• Anticipate and solve customer needs
• Ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car
• Keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals
