The Guest Service Specialist greets customers, sells products and memberships, and ensures customer satisfaction at Mister Car Wash. This role involves working outdoors in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team to maintain a clean and inviting site.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a wave and a smile
- Enthusiastically sell products and Unlimited Wash Club membership program
- Thank each customer for choosing Mister Car Wash
- Anticipate and solve customer needs
- Ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car
- Keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals
Requirements
- Ability to make meaningful connections with customers
- Passion and energy for selling
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment
- Open to feedback and learning
- Consistent, reliable, and available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and lift as needed
