Join the Dash In Team as a Guest Experience Team Member to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Your role involves maintaining store appearance, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Stock items, arrange displays, and reach items up to seven feet high.
- Sweep, mop, and keep restrooms and the store in tip-top shape, inside and out.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, following company policies.
- Be the first and last person our guests see, providing a "Guest First" experience.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
- 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with POS software
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
