About This Role

Join the Dash In Team as a Guest Experience Team Member to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Your role involves maintaining store appearance, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Stock items, arrange displays, and reach items up to seven feet high.
Sweep, mop, and keep restrooms and the store in tip-top shape, inside and out.
Handle cash transactions with precision, following company policies.
Be the first and last person our guests see, providing a "Guest First" experience.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)

Nice to Have

Familiarity with POS software
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
