About This Role

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be the welcoming face of the property, creating an exceptional experience for every guest from move-in to move-out. Your role involves anticipating needs, fostering community, and ensuring seamless transitions to uphold Greco's high standard of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the resident move-in experience from application to post-move-in
  • Organize on and off-site social events
  • Support Sales and Leasing efforts
  • Maintain responsive and courteous communication with residents, applicants, co-workers, and vendors
  • Manage all day-to-day administration and organizational duties
  • Monitor and sort all incoming and outgoing packages and parcels
  • Respond and take action to resolve issues impacting daily operations
  • Manage in-unit Housekeeping services
  • Contribute innovative ideas for property marketing and resident satisfaction
  • Post relevant content on Social Media

Requirements

  • Professional, team player, dependable, outgoing, engaging with a positive attitude
  • Highly effective communicator
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, detailed, organized and innovative
  • Ability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays each week
