The Growth Marketing Strategist at Abacus Business Computer (abcPOS) is responsible for driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth through integrated marketing strategy, demand generation, and compelling brand storytelling within a technology company specializing in POS systems. This role ensures marketing efforts align with commercial objectives by working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies that support business and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities across digital channels, content, partnerships, experiential marketing, and emerging platforms.
- Build, scale, and optimize demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Champion abcPOS’s brand as a strategic asset, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative across all channels.
- Define and track clear KPIs tied to pipeline growth, revenue impact, and marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance, channel efficiency, and audience engagement to continuously refine strategy.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to maintain competitive edge.
- Optimize marketing workflows using an AI-first approach to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing experience
- Proficient in marketing software, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and social media tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and paid social campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, data-driven mindset
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing or related roles.
