Efficiently manage in-house reservations by selling guest rooms and maximizing revenue, while providing superior property knowledge to guests and ensuring reservation accuracy. This role supports the overall operations of the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, a 757-room property.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, return e-mails and voicemails, and assist guests in booking reservations by providing superior property knowledge
- Audit OnQ PM for reservations accuracy, looking for special requests, coding issues, and billing requirements
- Review actualized rooms for potential billing errors
- Review group pick up and assist in ensuring proper availability
- Monitor and charge No Shows and Late Cancels daily
- Review and audit third parties and consolidate
- Assist management by booking transient reservations
- Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Revenue, Director of Rooms or Director of Front Office
- Initiate and prepare reports as needed
- Assist in other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of one year's hotel front office/reservations experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year's hotel front office/reservations experience
Nice to Have
- Trained to use OnQ/OnQ RNI
- Experience with Passkey and Delphi
