Lead and manage the independent operations of a Grocery Outlet location, encompassing full P&L management, staffing, merchandising, and community engagement. This role offers autonomy to experienced retail managers to drive store performance and share in profits.
Responsibilities
- Independently run a Grocery Outlet location
- Assume responsibility for total store operations including complete management of the P&L
- Create staffing models, hire, train and retain employees
- Utilize an existing distribution channel to customize product offerings for the community
- Form local organization partnerships to make a difference in the community
- Act as an ambassador for Grocery Outlet
Requirements
- 4 years of retail management experience
- Experience overseeing a large team including hiring and training
- Detail oriented, analytical, ability to think quickly and extremely results oriented
- Creative problem-solver
- Experience with merchandising displays
- Strong drive and motivation
Qualifications
- 4 years of retail management experience, 3-5 years total experience
Nice to Have
- Interest in autonomy and being able to make your own decisions for your retail store
- Open to relocation
