About This Role

Prepare and cook lunch and dinner menu items using roasting ovens and grills, ensuring all food procedures and sanitation guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare lunch and/or dinners
  • Prepare menu items on Roasting ovens, and Grills
  • Review menus prior to preparation of food
  • Assure that all food procedures are followed
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines
  • Become familiar with new menu items

Requirements

  • Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
  • Food Service Sanitation Certificate (due 30 days after hire)

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training
  • Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience
  • Experience with quantity food preparation

Food Service Sanitation Certificate (Required)
