About This Role

Prepare lunch and dinner items using roasting ovens and grills, ensuring all food procedures, sanitation guidelines, and menu specifications are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare lunch and/or dinners
  • Prepare menu items on Roasting ovens, and Grills
  • Review menus prior to preparation of food
  • Assure that all food procedures are followed
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines
  • Become familiar with new menu items

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training
  • Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience
  • Experience with quantity food preparation

Certifications

Food Service Sanitation Certificate (Required)
