This role is for a hands-on GRC Security Engineer with extensive SOX ITGC experience to build, automate, and defend SOX controls in production systems. The engineer will support audit, design controls, and manage user access.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain code-based SOX controls using Python, SQL, and GitHub
- Perform log analysis, monitoring, and alerting to support compliance evidence
- Manage user access controls, access reviews, and scoping with platform owners
- Support vendor security reviews, policy reviews, and compliance requests
- Administer platforms and systems
Requirements
- 8-10 years experience as a security engineer
- Proven SOX ITGC experience
- Experience with audit support, control design, and process narratives
- Ability to build, automate, and defend SOX controls in production systems
- Strong Python skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with GitHub
