Graphic Artist (Gaming)

About This Role

Craft immersive and interactive casino gaming experiences as a Graphic Artist, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to bring player-centric design strategies to life.

Responsibilities

• Produce artwork and animations of the highest quality
• Adapt to various visual styles to tackle creative and design challenges
• Exhibit an excellent sense of color, composition, typography, and acute attention to detail
• Learn new tools and techniques quickly, adapting to new technologies
• Collaborate with artists, programmers, and game designers to create games
• Give and take art direction and critique, working within budgets and deadlines
• Contribute from concept creation, pitch mockups, and storyboarding through game asset creation and game development

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a comparable role
• Experience with illustration, graphic design, character design and animation, motion graphics, 3D modeling, and game design
• Expertise with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Online portfolio and/or animation reel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Team player with high-performance standards

Qualifications

• BA/BFA degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5-10 years of experience in a comparable graphic artist role with illustration, graphic design, character design, animation, motion graphics, 3D modeling, and game design experience.

Nice to Have

• Casino gaming experience
• Experience with 3D Studio Max and/or Maya
• Experience animating in Spine 2D or similar software
• Experience with Unity or GODOT
