Responsibilities

  • Contribute to client projects and strategic solutions early in your career
  • Grow your skillset with certifications and hands-on mentorship
  • Help shape client success stories, making your work impactful
  • Progress to completing tasks and assignments independently with limited oversight by the end of the first year
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and build strong relationships across the company
  • Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives using modern tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
  • Derive actionable insights that drive client strategy and ensure data integrity
  • Support the full experimentation lifecycle by designing statistically sound hypotheses and analyzing A/B test results
  • Interact with stakeholders and communicate clearly, both internally and externally
  • Use a hypothesis-driven approach to solve business problems

Requirements

  • Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Statistics, Mathematics, Research, Economics, Quantitative Psychology / Sociology, or other applicable degree
  • Beginner proficiency or coursework in research, basic statistical literacy, basic data visualization
  • Baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) with a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Research, Economics, Quantitative Psychology / Sociology, or other applicable degree
  • Entry level with a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026

Nice to Have

  • SQL, Python, or R proficiency
  • Relevant internships or project experience
