GMP Lead

About This Role

The GMP Lead is responsible for overseeing the activities of employees within the GMP program, ensuring adherence to safe work practices and procedures. This role involves training, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on work activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervision of employees within the assigned program
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities
• Provide reports, such as pass down logs
• Perform service and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Issue equipment and supplies
• Monitor personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment
• Report accidents and issues to the supervisor immediately
• Provide recommendations for improvement areas
• Maintain records, training, inspections, and data collection
• Ensure logbook compliance and accurate completion
• Complete tasks as required by site’s SOPs
• Carry out management responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and directing work
• Conduct performance evaluations, reward, and discipline employees
• Address complaints and resolve problems

Requirements

• High school diploma / GED
• Two years high tech experience and/or training
• Valid Driver’s License

Qualifications

• High school diploma /GED
• 2+ years high tech experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to Have

• Forklift Certified
• Bilingual in Spanish
