This role involves transforming global intelligence into actionable insights for leaders and conducting threat and vulnerability assessments. It supports decision-making across corporate, manufacturing, and global teams to anticipate risks and shape strategy.
Responsibilities
- Formalize threat intelligence analysis products and apply insights to support corporate and manufacturing decision‑making
- Develop and implement threat identification and awareness resources for employees and leaders across global teams
- Conduct vulnerability assessments on prioritized global facilities, executive environments, or event locations and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Synthesize global intelligence streams into clear, concise briefings that guide risk mitigation and operational strategy
- Collaborate with leaders across HR, Corporate Security, Manufacturing, Sales, and regional partners to address emerging concerns and provide consultative guidance
- Lead threat‑related training and education initiatives to strengthen preparedness across diverse audiences
- Partner with the Corporate Security Consultant to align on assessments, intelligence sharing, and continuous program development
Requirements
- Experience leading teams in threat identification, response, or related security operations
- Experience analyzing and applying global intelligence to create threat and vulnerability assessments
- Experience coordinating with law enforcement and private security partners to plan for and respond to high‑security or crisis scenarios
- Experience in global travel safety and security operations
- Experience leading training and education initiatives in threat response for diverse audiences
- Experience working in dynamic threat environments and making timely, risk‑informed decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice to Have
- Experience at the state or federal level in law enforcement or protective intelligence environments
- Experience reviewing, writing, and presenting policy or threat‑related documentation to executive audiences
- Experience conducting vulnerability assessments across diverse facility types
- Broad understanding of global geopolitical issues and their potential impact on corporate operations
- Previous exposure to or collaboration with global teams (U.S., EMEA, APAC)
- Graduate degree (Master’s) preferred
