This role supports the Firm's compensation philosophy by executing and managing compensation programs, policies, and procedures to attract, retain, motivate, and reward talent. The Manager is responsible for creating positive team member experiences, leading to excellent client service and driving revenue.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive team member experience through effective compensation support and service delivery
- Administer existing and proposed compensation programs, including base and incentive pay structures
- Manage and administer job evaluations to ensure appropriate title, level, and salary range/pay grade for jobs
- Support the administration and maintenance of Ryan's Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Participate in the Merit & Promotion annual cycle to ensure accurate compensation guidelines and data maintenance
- Create and maintain compensation documents for Firm leadership review and approval
- Participate in due diligence and integration processes for mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion
- Fully calculate eligibility and payouts for annual discretionary incentive plans and produce compensation statements
- Administer annual participation in salary and compensation practice surveys, ensuring accurate submissions
- Keep apprised of international, federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure Firm compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation administration
- 2-3 years of experience managing a compensation team
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation administration, with 2-3 years managing a compensation team
