General Service Technician

About This Role

This role involves performing basic automotive services like oil changes, tire work, and light maintenance, while also assisting customers and maintaining shop cleanliness for Greulich's, part of the Sun Auto Network.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance, and tire rotation
• Perform oil changes and other basic services
• Utilize the company’s Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order to properly document vehicle condition
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop including service area, tire racks, showroom, and outside the building
• Drive vehicles in a safe and courteous manner obeying all traffic laws
• Transport customers, pick up parts, supplies, and tires from vendors or corporate office using company vehicle
• Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections (in applicable locations) in an ethical manner
• Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to direct supervisor
• Adhere to Sun Auto’s core values and all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice to Have

• General understanding of under the hood, mechanical and under carriage assemblies
