About This Role

Join a family-owned custom cabinetry manufacturer to produce top-quality products, supporting local communities and customers nationwide. This entry-level production role involves various tasks from machine operation to finishing and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively and courteously with co-workers
• Understand and follow safety guidelines, including wearing company-provided protective equipment
• Provide regular and consistent attendance and be on time for the work schedule
• Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company-provided quality standards
• Willingly participate in all training
• Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures

Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Ability to review products and materials during the manufacturing process
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to follow safety requirements
• Desire to build quality cabinetry
• Willingness to listen to and receive instruction
• Desire to learn and retain information
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Able to remain stationary for long periods
• Willingness to learn wood species, finishes, and cabinet parts for assembly

Qualifications

• On-the-job training for candidates with no experience
