General Manager - Sales/Operations Manager

About This Role

This role is for a General Manager responsible for overseeing sales and operations of a wellness and massage studio. The manager will ensure smooth studio operations, lead and develop the team, and drive Wellness Program membership sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in an organized and efficient way
• Ensure studio operations run smoothly
• Train and develop staff in providing excellent customer service
• Train and develop staff in achieving strong Wellness Program membership sales
• Provide daily, monthly and yearly performance feedback to Front Desk, Massage Therapists and Estheticians

Requirements

• Experience in management
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way
• Customer Service oriented with strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to train and develop staff in customer service and membership sales
• Ability to provide performance feedback
• Able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends
• Strong Computer skills

Qualifications

• Experience in management, preferably with a wellness or massage studio background

• MindBody Software experience
• Strong Social Media background
