This role is for a General Manager responsible for overseeing sales and operations of a wellness and massage studio. The manager will ensure smooth studio operations, lead and develop the team, and drive Wellness Program membership sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in an organized and efficient way
- Ensure studio operations run smoothly
- Train and develop staff in providing excellent customer service
- Train and develop staff in achieving strong Wellness Program membership sales
- Provide daily, monthly and yearly performance feedback to Front Desk, Massage Therapists and Estheticians
Requirements
- Experience in management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way
- Customer Service oriented with strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to train and develop staff in customer service and membership sales
- Ability to provide performance feedback
- Able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends
- Strong Computer skills
Qualifications
- Experience in management, preferably with a wellness or massage studio background
Nice to Have
- Wellness or massage studio background
- MindBody Software experience
- Strong Social Media background
