Provide gate security services, including access control and order verification, for customers at a Menards facility. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, and address suspicious activities.
Responsibilities
- Attend gate and provide access control for customers entering and exiting the back lot of the facility
- Check accuracy of orders picked up by customers leaving the facility
- Thoroughly examine vehicles as they enter the premises and note existing items within vehicles
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Walk the yard twice per shift and report any suspicious activities or criminal acts
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
