Full Time Therapist

About This Role

Provide individual therapy services to clients at the Payson Family Clinic, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans. This role focuses on making a lasting difference in clients' lives while developing clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services using evidence-based and client-centered approaches
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
• Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training opportunities
• Build strong therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, trust, and ethical practice
• Collaborate with internal programs and community partners to support continuity of care

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy
• Utah licensure (CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT) or ability to obtain before starting
• Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards
• Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning

Qualifications
