Front of House Staff

About This Role

Serve food and beverages to guests in a busy restaurant environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage to include order-taking, delivery, and clearing of items
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials and/or restaurant promotions
• Take orders and input them into the Point of Sale computer
• Retrieve order from kitchen, confirm accuracy, and deliver to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
