This role involves welcoming residents, guests, and vendors, controlling building access, and providing high-level personal service in a residential setting. The concierge will also manage resident relations and resolve concerns to maintain the organization's reputation.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate good customer service skills to residents, guests, vendors, and staff
- Identify and clarify residents' needs and desires; answer questions and provide solutions
- Seek ways to improve services by listening to resident comments, observing usage, and making recommendations to management
- Assist residents in scheduling access for authorized vendors to provide services within units
- Maintain resident and guest privacy by keeping information confidential
- Understand and react quickly and effectively to emergencies
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment for residents, guests, and staff
- Accurately maintain daily shift notes in the Building Link system
- Receive packages & deliveries, log in Building Link system, and organize/deliver to residents
- Respond to resident concerns and complaints professionally, follow up, and elevate issues as necessary
- Manage resident relations to ensure consistently high service and timely resolution of concerns
- Perform other duties consistent with the position as assigned by management
Requirements
- Experience working as Concierge/Front desk at Hotel/Residential settings
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Proficient in working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Office, Word, Excel) and email
- Able to operate standard office equipment
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Able to lift 30-50lbs
- Ability to actively stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods of time
Qualifications
- Experience working as Concierge/Front desk at Hotel/Residential settings
