This role primarily involves answering phone lines, managing the front desk, and greeting visitors and homeowners with excellent customer service to support on-site property needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct receptionist support to all on-site property needs, delivering high-quality customer service to inbound callers, visitors, and vendors
- Work with the On-site Community Manager to manage the front reception area and inbound calls
- Assist with various administrative projects
- Filter inbound calls to determine appropriate direction
- Greet all visitors/homeowners and determine their immediate needs
- Monitor pickups/deliveries
- Assist with events
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong organization and tracking skills
- Ability to function efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), internet, and e-mail systems
