About This Role

This role primarily involves answering phone lines, managing the front desk, and greeting visitors and homeowners with excellent customer service to support on-site property needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct receptionist support to all on-site property needs, delivering high-quality customer service to inbound callers, visitors, and vendors
  • Work with the On-site Community Manager to manage the front reception area and inbound calls
  • Assist with various administrative projects
  • Filter inbound calls to determine appropriate direction
  • Greet all visitors/homeowners and determine their immediate needs
  • Monitor pickups/deliveries
  • Assist with events

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organization and tracking skills
  • Ability to function efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), internet, and e-mail systems
