Freezer Order Selector

About This Role

This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient selection of products to fulfill agency orders in a freezer environment, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and reporting of inventory.

Responsibilities

• Select products according to specific orders
• Safely build pallets of products for delivery and pickup
• Label and organize product on pallets
• Report and repair any damaged goods
• Report any missing pallet inventory tags
• Report any inventory inaccuracies
• Use handheld inventory scanner to take inventory
• Monitor assigned area for pest activities
• Assist with monthly and annual inventory counts
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Inspect power equipment prior to use
• Follow all safety standards and procedures
• Work independently and collaboratively with other departments and employees
• Replenish products in picking location from reserve stock
• Receive incoming product from deliveries

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain and maintain power equipment certification
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds without assistance

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating power equipment in a warehouse setting preferred.
