Manage the order file and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order entry for a specific business. Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners regarding shipping, order inquiries, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the order file for a specific business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, design, warehouse, imports)
- Ensure timely 24-48 hour and accurate order entry
- Act as point of contact for retail partners for shipping inquiries, order inquiries, extensions, corrections and maintenance
- Support clients business goals and ensure collaboration and communication between Account Services and cross functional teams
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to produce efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills & ability to prioritize
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred
