This role involves consulting with Franchisees on business planning, brand standards, operations, and P&L management to help them achieve their career ownership goals. The Franchise Business Coach will work remotely to support Franchisees in building businesses aligned with their lifestyle, financial, and personal aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Consult with Franchisees (Career Ownership Coaches™) on business planning
- Advise on franchise brand standards
- Guide in operations management
- Assist with P&L management
- Provide client coaching to Franchisees
- Work remotely to help Franchisees meet career ownership goals
- Support Franchisees in building businesses aligned with desired lifestyle, financial, and personal goals
Requirements
- Experience in the franchise industry
- Experience in Business Planning and Franchising
- Experience in Operations and P&L Management
- Experience in Implementing Brand Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- MS Office proficiency
- Zoom proficiency
- Teams proficiency
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience working with a company running on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Experience with DISC and Driving Forces assessments
